Tanja Råman is a multi-award winning choreographer who has developed a distinct movement aesthetic that has lead to her work being shown in established British venues and dance events, including The Royal Opera House, Southbank Centre, The Place Prize 2006 and British Dance Editions in 2008 and 2010. Alongside her choreographic and performance work, Tanja also works as a dance teacher and as a consultant in dance science. Tanja is a co-artistic director of the company: tanja råman+dbini industries, that produces performance work for small to middle scale touring, and site-specific productions.
Sandra Harnisch-Lacey, originally from Germany gained a diploma at the Desmond Jones School of Mime and Physical Theatre and then went on to study at the Laban Centre for Movement and Dance where she graduated with a BA(Hons) in Dance Theatre. Her previous work has been performed in Germany, Austria, Slovenia, France, Luxembourg and Canada.
Sandra served as Artistic Director for Dance at The Gate Arts Centre, Cardiff, where her company Harnisch-Lacey Dance Theatre is now resident. She is also recipient of the Sylvia Bodmer Award of the Laban Centre of Movement and Dance in 1997, nominated for the Ffresh Award 2004 and received The Creative Wales Award 2012. Her company fuses Contemporary dance with Breakdance and Parcour.
